Reasons why conditions in medievil Europe provided ideal conditions for the plague to spread so easily:
Personal Hygiene- In the fourteenth century it wasn't as good as we have it now, so there for they weren't very hygienic and that made it easier to catch the plague.
Houses close together- The houses were very close together so that made obviously made it easier for the plague to spread.
Size of the house- the houses were really small and because the people were poor they all had to cramp into one tiny little house so all those people squished in together didn't help.
Livestock living in the house in country villages- The livestock and cattle used to be let inside the houses and that would make it easier for the disease to keep spreading because the animals carried diseases with them and moved about the villages and gave the disease to other people.

Life Expectancy: What was it, especially for children?
Nearly a quarter of all the babies died within the first year of their life. Less than half of all children would reach the age of ten. The children who passed the age of ten has a resonable chance of reaching adulthood and may have the chance of living up to about 40 years old.
Medical Science: Explain why the understandings of medievil doctors made little progression. How were the sick treated?
One common cure was to drain the blood from the body through a process of bloodletting. Another one was to apply leaches to the body and to let them suck the blood out. Herbal medicines were also popular but sometimes contained poisons, so they didnt use them as often because it was more dangerous than the disease.
